Acreage: 4,500 acres

Lodging: A small house is available for rent near the ranch at a rate of $75 per group of four hunters. You can stay in a Trinidad motel 30 miles away if you prefer.

Landowner vouchers: You must apply for a license. Drawing odds have been 100%.

Terrain: 4,500 acres of private land composed of flat and fairly moderate slopes with grassy meadows and timber

Hunting quality: All hunters have had shooting opportunities and most have killed bucks in the 20 to 28-inch category.

Terms: 25% down, 25% due Jan. 1, balance due 60 days befor ehunt

Maximum hunters: 4

Camping: None on ranch.

Season dates: Not available yet. About Oct. 17-23 and Oct. 31-Nov. 6.

Notes and details: The rancher and his helpers usually help hunters in the mornings for the first couple of mornings and leave them to hunt alone after that. The rancher takes elk hunters and probably will have hunters at the same time your party will be hunting deer. Call for elk price.
